OPENING TIMES (for animal drop off and collection)

Monday to Sunday inclusive: 9.00am to 12.30pm

We are open 365 days a year for dogs and cats to stay with us but are closed for drop off and collection for a period over Christmas/New Year (i.e. Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day).

INOCULATIONS

Before we can accept a dog or cat for boarding, we need to see evidence of up-to-date inoculations.

All pets must have been inoculated as follows:

Dogs: Inoculations against Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis and the Leptospiral diseases. (Annual Booster). Inoculation against kennel cough is optional.

Cats: Inoculations against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu (Annual Booster).

DEPARTURE DATES

If you need to extend the boarding period please contact us as soon as possible. If your pet is not collected within 14 days of the agreed date and no communication has been received from you then we reserve the right to sell or otherwise dispose of your pet at our discretion.
